How to choose a perfume for men
Start with when it will be worn. For the day and at work, fresh and aromatic perfumes stay pleasant without taking up too much space: citrus, ginger, lavender, marine notes. For the evening, woody, amber and spicy accords leave a warmer, stronger trail.
Then look at the base notes. They are the ones that stay longest on the skin: vetiver and cedar for a dry, clean result, amber and vanilla for a warmer result, oud and incense for a deep trail.
