These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made on the lebonflacon.com website. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Visuals and descriptions are given for information only and are not contractually binding.
The perfumes are sold under the LEBONFLACON brand. Customers are invited to read the product pages to learn the essential characteristics before ordering.
3. PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes, excluding any delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed.
LEBONFLACON reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The product will be invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
4. ORDERS
The customer selects the products they wish to buy and confirms the order after checking its content. Confirming the order means accepting these Terms and Conditions.
LEBONFLACON reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately when ordering. The available payment methods are those offered in the shop at checkout.
Transactions are secured through the payment providers used by Shopify.
6. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address given by the customer when ordering. The customer must check that the information provided is accurate.
Delivery times are estimates. A late delivery does not give rise to any compensation, unless the law provides otherwise.
If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer should contact customer service as soon as possible so the problem can be resolved.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the regulations in force, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Beyond this legal minimum, LEBONFLACON gives you 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return, under the conditions below.
To be accepted, the return must concern an unopened, unused product in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, a product damaged on arrival or an error in preparing the order.

9. GUARANTEES
The customer benefits from the legal guarantees in force, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.
10. LIABILITY
LEBONFLACON cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
LEBONFLACON cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to force majeure.
11. PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected is needed to process orders and manage customer relations. It is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations. Customers can exercise their rights through the contact form.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website (texts, images, logo, content) are the exclusive property of LEBONFLACON. Any unauthorised reproduction, exploitation or use is prohibited.
13. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will hear the case under the ordinary rules of law.
